This was the only Donald Duck educational short produced in CinemaScope.
This is Donald Duck's first appearance in an educational cartoon short. Donald would continue appearing in educational shorts until 1967.
The Whirling Dervish Dishwasher Salesman from the 1953 feature "Football Now and Then" makes a cameo from Donald's TV set, noticing that he is going to fall down the stairs with Donald (by the cord tangling his feet).
