Throughout the movie, Ruby is supposedly wearing Louise's clothes. They fit perfectly, even though they have completely different body types.
Toward the end of the film, Louise places a photo of herself with her former boyfriend on the nightstand, angled away from her. When she wakes, it is angled toward her.
When Tony enters the living room after changing his clothes, he buttons the bottom button of the sports shirt. Seconds later, Rick enters, hits Tony to take the gun away from him. The bottom button is unfastened.
Jim tells Rick he was in charge of the animal ship during the H bomb tests and shows him sketches he made of three of the animals that survived and became mutated and says they died after three days. They wouldn't have become mutated that quickly.
During the rainstorm, shots of the sky are totally crowded with numerous clouds and lightning, yet shots of the ground show large pools of sunlight.
Tony and his girl arrive and followed by Rick. Jim tells both men to go to his room and wash and change into some of his clothes but he doesn't say which is his room or give directions.
