Though there are two people playing golf together walk to the first tee both carrying golf bags in the opening golf course scene, the caddy is only seen carrying one golf bag away after they tee off.
The car is started and put into gear so that it will crash through the barn door after which the engine stalls but, while it's still in gear, Stadt and Martin are able to easily push it out.
In their attempt to retrieve the truck keys, the crooks set fire to their only usable get-away car and ram the barn with it, leaving them stranded.
