At 51:46 Dr Gordon states "it resembles a Tyrannosaurs Rex from..."
However, the lizard in question has nearly nothing in common with the Tyrannosaurus Rex, including the T-Rex being bipedal instead of walking on all four legs. Nor did T-Rex have a horn on the snout.
When the rocket ship lands on Nova, despite the rocket blast used for braking and landing, the area around the rocket ship is shown with no burnt vegetation where it is sitting.
In describing the selection of the crew members for the flight, the narrator states, "Dr. Ralph Martin's war service fortifies him with the experience of treating most diseases and fatalities that overtake man." It is not possible to "treat" a fatality.
The narrator at the beginning continually mentions "Jet" NOT "Rocket" it is impossible for a JET to fly through space as there is no air to run it. Considering this film was made ten years after WW2 and relies on footage of the V2 ROCKET (which would NOT have been big enough to even attempt this mission) this is rather a ludicrous mistake to make.
The narrator notes the trip as taking months. The rocket ship is shown under power throughout the trip and continuously until it lands on Nova. It would be impossible for a rocket ship that size to carry enough fuel to perform that feat.
When the crew is escaping in the rubber raft, you can see that the girls rowing at the back of the raft, are switched from one side of the boat to the other as the scenes flip from close-up to full view.
When Ralph makes the remark "It'll be a lot easier to find our way in the daylight," it is very clear from the light shining through the trees that the film is shooting the scene day-for-night.
At 48:51, when two of the 'dinosaurs' are fighting, the set on which the two lizards are fighting is shown bouncing up and down.
At minute 29:46 Dr. Martin firs several shots from a rifle at a big bug. The shots are fired from a bolt action rifle, however, Dr. Martin doesn't work the bolt to load another round in the chamber for any of those shots.
