While Sky and Nathan are talking in the restaurant and Nathan is trying to get Sky to eat some cheese cake, a man walking in the street outside disappears and a woman walks past in his place.
When Nathan and Adelaide are in the restaurant, Adelaide sneezes and raises her hand to her nose. In the next shot, she is holding a handkerchief in her hand which wasn't there before.

When Sky and Sarah are singing a duet while in Cuba, Sarah throws Sky's necktie over the side of his face. A moment later, Sky is removing the tie from the front of his face.
Early in the movie, Uncle Arvide (Regis Toomey) asks, "Sarah, should you be able to bend a solid gold watch?" Sarah (Jean Simmons) replies, "Of course not." Gold is, in fact, the most malleable metal, that's why pure gold (24k) is rarely used in jewelry. A pure gold watch would be very susceptible to bending or denting.
Just after the sewer crap game, Nathan tells Adelaide that green and white are the Whitney colors. C.V. Whitney colors are light blue with brown cap. John Hay Whitney raced the Greentree Stable's horses under flamingo and pink colors.
In the song "Take Back Your Mink," Vivian Blaine tells her boyfriend to "go shorten the sleeves for somebody else." In the stage production, she and the other chorus girls wore fur coats, but in the movie they wear stoles, so the line makes no sense.
