Audie Murphy, Dan Duryea, and Susan Cabot in Ride Clear of Diablo (1954)

Goofs

Ride Clear of Diablo

Edit

Continuity

In a saloon Audie Murphy is standing at a bar. In face on shots his right hand is on the counter but in shots of his back it's at his side.
The film opens in a Western town at night, 3 cowboys leave a saloon and ride out of town. After a short while they approach a herd of cattle in daylight.

Revealing mistakes

During the ride from Diablo to Santiago, Clay has Whitey handcuffed. When they are ambushed and Whitey's horse falls down, the rider puts his right hand down to break his fall, obviously no longer handcuffed.

Miscellaneous

At about 0:23:40 hiding behind a rock, Dan Duryea puts his head down before shots are fired near his head.

Anachronisms

As O'Mara escapes from the Lowers on the white stallion, he rides across as set of motor vehicle tracks.

Crew or equipment visible

When O'Mara is fleeing with the white stallion, tyre tracks from the camera vehicle can be seen in the lower left corner of screen.
