In the opening scene, Randolph Scott is shot at by a bushwhacker, but manages to avoid being hit. He then climbs a high hill in search of the shooter, making his clothes very dirty. After he shoots the bushwhacker in the next shot, his clothes are clean.
When Randolph rides into Twin Forks he is wearing a black hat and outfit and only has his saddle bags, bedroll and some supplies. When he goes asking questions he has a beige hat with a rolled brim and new outfit. Then when Randolph meets the doctor's daughter to go to church he has a totally different Stetson and is wearing a full suit with a vest. It's unlikely he could have all those clothes in his saddle bags but there is no way he could or would have been packing the two extra hats.
When Randolph rides into Crow's Nest and is asking the store owner questions he is confronted by four other men. Three are seated at a table and when they stand up one gets his gun handle hooked in the chair when he stands up and he has to sit back down. He remains hooked in the chair and remains sitting awkwardly until the fight breaks out and there is a break in the camera shot.
