Edward D. Wood Jr., Timothy Farrell, and Dolores Fuller in Glen or Glenda (1953)

Goofs

Glen or Glenda

Edit

Continuity

Several costumes and props (including an angora hat and a calendar from a curio shop) show up repeatedly in entirely different settings.
When Dr. Alton is explains the pseudo-hermaphrodite condition to Inspector Warren, he leaves the pen on the table prior to walking to a chart. When Dr. Alton returns to the table, the pen has moved. In the next shot, the pen is back in Dr. Alton's hand.

Revealing mistakes

The text accompanying the close-up of a newspaper story headlined "Man Nabbed Dressed As Girl" is a hodge-podge of unrelated paragraphs lifted from stories about tax reform, a prison injury, and faith healing.
The headline on the newspaper at the beginning has clearly been taped on.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Glen talks with a friend at the kitchen table, he breaks the fork in his hand. The breaking sound clearly occurs before the visual break.

Crew or equipment visible

In the very first scene with Bela Lugosi, the cameraman's shadow is visible when the camera zooms out.
