Goofs | In the movie it is discussed that the name of the nightclub "The Covered Maja" is the same like a famous painting by Goya or a famous Spanish stamp. However the actual name of the painting from 1795-1800 by Francisco José de Goya y Lucientes, aka Goya, and the stamp that was released in 1930 was called "The Nude Maja". While Goya did an an adaptation of this painting in 1803 entitled "The Clothed Maja", this was never released as a stamp. See more » |
