In court, when Morton stands up for the first time, he puts both hands in his pockets. The next shot shows him with only his left hand in the pocket.

In Morton's office, after Ed stands up and leaves, Morton's right hand is on the desk. In the next shot, his right hand is high over the desk.

During the opening statement made by the district attorney, Morton objects. An opening statement is not an argument or a discussion of the law, but rather tells the jury what the evidence will show and serves as a road map for the jury to follow. Objections by the opposing counsel are not permitted.

The court artist is seen several times drawing various characters as photography is banned in courts then all of a sudden about half a dozen press photographers appear from nowhere and take several close range flash photographs of one of the witnesses in the witness box.
