Continuity

Evelyn Manning ties her horse outside Bartlett's office. But when Pete shows up on his mule, the horse has vanished, and Pete ties his mule to the same place.
When Charlie, Birmingham, and #2 son (Tommy) enter the old prospectors shack, Charlie opens the door with his left hand. The shot changes to show them entering the shack and Charlie now has a flashlight in his left hand and when Birmingham follows he has a flashlight in his right hand. As they approached the cabin, neither Charlie nor Birmingham had anything in their hands.

The two times Charlie's car arrives at the prospector's shack, the set lights are seen reflected off the car as it turns to park.

Plot holes
