During the final shootout, Scott is standing in a doorway and while trying to cock his pistol it immediately/accidentally fires before he aims it.
During the stage holdup at the beginning, when the horses are spooked by the gunfire and the driver-less stage takes off with supposedly only little Miss Myrtle Walton on board, the stunt driver inside the stage, dressed in all black, is briefly visible.
