District attorney says Lamarr saw victim, went to his home, made love to him all for the purpose of influencing him, but when that failed, she murdered him. He says this is first degree murder. With no prior intent, at best this is manslaughter.
When Madeleine and Felix are in the car together right after they first meet, it is snowing outside; however, the snow is only apparent from the rear windshield and the left passenger door. It is wholly absent from the other passenger window in wide shots. In close ups of Madeleine, there is an excess of snow falling, despite the wind blowing on Felix's side.
Towards the end of the film when Dr Cousins punches Jack Garet, he flies backwards without contact.
