Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Shemp Howard, and Christine McIntyre in All Gummed Up (1947)

Goofs

All Gummed Up

Edit

Continuity

The fishing pole customer is seen getting back up again in a long shot when the excited customer knocks him down the first time.
Shemp's hair changes from neat to messy between shots when Moe is mixing the chemicals in the boot.
When Shemp starts hopping up and down after swallowing the jumping beans, he suddenly has something smeared on his lips.

Revealing mistakes

When Emil Sitka, as the nasty landlord Amos Flint, is yelling at The Stooges, he flubs a line. The line is supposed to be, "You haven't heard the last of me yet!" Sitka says, "You haven't heard of me..." then continues immediately "...the last of me yet!"
When Shemp starts puffing, the bubbles ooze from his ears too early.
When Larry says, "Put that pestle down, man!", Moe is clearly seen mouthing the same line.
When Shemp says the line "Has marshmallows got pits?", too early while Moe is still talking, Shemp waits to say the line again after Moe is done.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Moe smashes Shemp in the back of the head with a hammer, an extra "bang" sound effect is heard.
When Moe is bumping himself on the head while trying to chew the cake, there is no sound effect to accompany it. This audio error was corrected in the remake Bubble Trouble (1953).

Crew or equipment visible

A rod used to push out the jumping beans out of the mortar can be seen.
