Goofs

Kathie runs down the same piece of path twice when she first encounters Bill.

During the discussion about being a dog's god, Kathie is shown lit from behind in the long shot and from the left front in closeup.

(at around 10 mins) When the character named "Old Man" (George Cleveland) brings his boat up to the shore to save the collie and her puppies, his boat lands at a spot where he would have had to step into deep water to exit the boat and save the dogs. A second later, the boat is repositioned and he now can step out onto the rocky shore.

When Bill's mother meets the boat, she is accompanied by three pups, but when it comes time to lift the dogs in, there are four pups.

Earlier shots established a total of five puppies. As Bill's mother sees the boat approach, it's evident there are four pups plus Bill. In the single shot showing only three puppies, it's easily assumed that one of the "kids" was distracted and had briefly lagged behind.

As Bill floats downstream on a log, the coyote that is supposed to be paddling behind him is shown several times as a floating replica of a coyote that isn't even moving, just floating along with the rapid current.

When the puppy Bill first runs up to the coyote, the line tied around the coyote's neck is visible.
