Cisco and Pancho infiltrate the corrupt operations of Miguel Sanches, gather evidence, rescue Dolores Gonzales, and ultimately free the district from Sanches' control before riding off to their next adventure.

Miguel Sanches, the operator of a large rancho, has stolen cattle and then had innocent suspects shot. Cisco has been called on for help and arriving finds a wagon under attack. His men drive off the attackers and he finds the victim was to be Sanches' replacement. Cisco and Pancho are called to help a town plagued by the corrupt official Miguel Sanches, who has been stealing cattle and framing innocent people. Disguised as a government inspector, Cisco infiltrates Sanches' operations, gathers evidence, and learns about the extensive thefts. Dolores Gonzales, forced to sing in Sanches' cantina, plots her escape with the help of Cisco and Mama Maria. As Sanches prepares to flee with his gold, Cisco forces a confession out of him. A confrontation ensues, leading to the capture of Sanches and his men. The district is freed from corruption, and Cisco and Pancho ride off to their next adventure.—J. Spurlin

Miguel Sanches, the operator of a large rancho, has stolen cattle and then had innocent suspects shot. Cisco and Pancho are called upon for help and, upon arriving, find a wagon under attack. They drive off the attackers and discover the victim was to be Sanches' replacement. After changing clothes with the man, Cisco arrives posing as him in an attempt to gather evidence against Sanches.

The Guadalajara Trio is featured, and Cisco's real name is revealed as Juan Francisco Hernandez. Cisco and Pancho travel to a Mexican town to battle the corrupt official Miguel Sanches, whose girlfriend Pepita sings at a cantina. Dolores Gonzales is abducted and forced to sing in the cantina. Cisco and Pancho go undercover at the Sanches hacienda, and Sanches is eventually killed by Cisco, ridding the town of his corruption.

Cisco and Pancho find a dead inspector and decide to take his place and clothes to infiltrate Sanches' operations, planning to gather evidence while Manuel and his men hide nearby for support. Dolores, while reluctantly entertaining Sanches and his guests, plots her escape with the help of Mama Maria. Cisco, posing as the inspector, manages to gain Sanches' trust and learns about his illegal activities.

Cisco's manipulation reveals that Sanches has been involved in significant thefts, much more than he admitted. Sanches, realizing the danger, decides to gather his gold and flee. Pancho shows reluctance to kill Dolores as ordered by Sanches. During this time, Cisco extracts a confession from Sanches, who then attempts to attack but is overpowered.

Sanches' men try to escape with the gold but are intercepted by Cisco's allies. A confrontation ensues, resulting in the capture of Sanches and his men. Cisco reveals his true identity to Dominguez, handing over Sanches and the evidence of his crimes. The district is now free from Sanches' corruption.
