Cisco and Pancho travel to a Mexican town to battle the corrupt official Miguel Sanches, whose girlfriend Pepita sings at a cantina. Dolores Gonzales is abducted and forced to sing in the cantina. Cisco and Pancho go undercover at the Sanches hacienda, and Sanches is eventually killed by Cisco, ridding the town of his corruption.
Cisco and Pancho find a dead inspector and decide to take his place and clothes to infiltrate Sanches' operations, planning to gather evidence while Manuel and his men hide nearby for support. Dolores, while reluctantly entertaining Sanches and his guests, plots her escape with the help of Mama Maria. Cisco, posing as the inspector, manages to gain Sanches' trust and learns about his illegal activities.
Cisco's manipulation reveals that Sanches has been involved in significant thefts, much more than he admitted. Sanches, realizing the danger, decides to gather his gold and flee. Pancho shows reluctance to kill Dolores as ordered by Sanches. During this time, Cisco extracts a confession from Sanches, who then attempts to attack but is overpowered.
Sanches' men try to escape with the gold but are intercepted by Cisco's allies. A confrontation ensues, resulting in the capture of Sanches and his men. Cisco reveals his true identity to Dominguez, handing over Sanches and the evidence of his crimes. The district is now free from Sanches' corruption.
