When Mildred speaks to Wally about buying the building she's chosen for the restaurant, it's shown in a photograph as a cozy bungalow. On opening night, it is shown both from the outside and inside as being a much larger building.
When Mildred and Veda are at Kay's bedside, Mildred has her right hand around Veda's shoulder. But on the next cut, Mildred's right hand is now on Veda's head and then it moves down to her shoulder.
When Veda pulls her sister Kay away from the football game, there is a lady in the background pulling a boy sitting on a toy wagon with his legs hanging over the sides. But on the next cut, the boy has changed orientation and is now kneeling down inside the wagon.

When the police come to the house to bring Mildred in for questioning, Veda is in her night clothes, but she's still wearing the flower in her hair that she had for her birthday party and the scene at the beach house.
After Mildred has left Wally in the beach house with the corpse of Monte, Wally discovers that the doors in the house are locked. He must break the glass in a French door to get out. People can unlock a door from the inside to get out of a house, so breaking the glass would have been unnecessary. However, there is no reason to assume that Wally had the keys or even knew where they were located.
During Veda's birthday scene, 16 candles are shown on the cake even though it was earlier established that she was at least 17.
Mildred's house on Corvallis Street in Glendale is shown as a one-story Spanish-style bungalow; however, the interior has a staircase leading to the bedrooms.
When Mildred is showing Wally the door after he unsuccessfully comes on to her in her home, she opens that door for him saying "Good night." But when the door opens it is obviously still daytime outside.
As Wally and Mildred are driving after buying the Beragon property, Mildred says Bert is taking their daughters to Arrowhead for the weekend. While Bert and the children are at Arrowhead, Mildred is working on the restaurant, which is almost finished despite the fact it was supposedly purchased just days before and needed extensive work.
In the opening scene where Mildred drives up to Monte Beragon's beach house, the top of one of the crew's head can be seen on the passenger's side. When he realizes that they've started shooting, he quickly ducks down.
When Mildred is in Veda's dressing room at the club, sitting near her dressing table, there's a silhouette of camera equipment moving and then staying still on the left of the screen.
When Monte is first hitting on Mildred at the restaurant, the camera quickly moves close to them on a two-shot, and the obvious shadow of the camera falls across Mildred's shoulders.
When Monte is pouring Mildred a drink, he asks her to say "when" for when she wants him to stop pouring, but then gives her the drink he poured for himself (Though it should be recognized that each glass contained about the same amount).
