Continuity

When Cherry shoots Melody's hat, the bullet enters on the front up near the crown. As Melody walks away, no exit hole is seen anywhere, either in the top of the crown or out the back of the hat.
When Melody emerges from the barn, he's shot in the left arm. In the next scene, when he's released from jail, he has a sling on his right arm.
The opening shot during the credits depicts a stagecoach being pulled by six horses, three white on the left and 3 dark on the right. In the very next shot, all the horses switch sides, with the white ones on the right and the dark ones on the left. After that, they switch back to their original positions. This is likely due to that segment of the film being accidentally edited upside down.
During the final shootout, Melody is on his knees with a bullet wound in his leg. Following a quick reaction shot of Monte, Melody is now standing again. There wasn't enough time for him to get back on his feet even if he weren't wounded.

Anachronisms

(at around 26 mins) As Melody and Cherry ride away from George on horses, just before the scene cuts, there are four power lines behind their heads.
At 52:26, as Cooper and Young ride away from Demarest on horses, just before the scene cuts there are four power lines behind their heads.
Near the end of the movie, Cherry is showing Melody her shooting skills. There is a closeup of Meldoy's hat, and the place where the "bullet" is going to appear can be seen.

Crew or equipment visible

When Melody turns around to go back to Payneville, his reflection is clearly visible on the rear-projection screen.
