In the breakfast scene just before Martha (Gene Tierney) goes home to her parents, Mr. Strable is served a large second helping of pancakes. Moments later when the camera gives him a medium shot, the stack is gone and the butler refills his plate.
When Henry (as a child) shows the box with the beetle to young Mary, he uses his right hand. On the following plan, he uses his left hand.
At Henry's birthday party on October 26, 1898, Albert says he and Martha rode the elevators of the Flatiron Building that day. The Flatiron Building opened in 1902.
When Henry first notices Martha in the department store at the telephones, a shadow of the camera rig falls across Martha as the scene and camera slides from right to left across the partition between the telephones.
