• [as Porky chases Daffy around a tree, the film breaks; after a moment, Daffy steps out] 

  Daffy Duck : Ladies and gentlemen, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to continue with this picture. But don't worry, I'll tell you how it came out. Porky is chasing me around and around that tree. He corners me, and moves in for the kill. Everyone thinks of me as a dead duck. Then I launch a counter attack. I shower him with lefts and rights. I come in for the coup de gracie. And Porky's crawling, literally groveling at my feet.

  [Suddenly, a hook drags Daffy offstage; a loud bang is heard; Porky comes out, dragging Daffy behind him] 

  Daffy Duck : [dazed]  He's begging for mercy... I'm killing him.

• Porky Pig : G-g-gosh, what a cra-cra-screwy duck.

  Daffy Duck : That, my little cherub, is strictly a matter of opinion.

• Porky Pig : [cracks open a large egg planted by Daffy, and a baby eagle drops out]  G-G-Gosh, it looks just like a b-b-baby eagle.

  Eagle : [angrily]  For your information, it IS a baby eagle.

  [beats up Porky offscreen] 

  Daffy Duck : [watching]  Ooh, brutal!

• [as Porky snoozes aboard his boat, Daffy capsizes the boat slowly and then pulls on the fishing line. An upside-down Porky pulls on the line and comes out of the water] 

  Porky Pig : [swims to Daffy in the air]  What are you doing down here?

  Daffy Duck : Down here? Heh-heh!

  [points at the boat. Porky realizes his mistake, and falls] 

• Baby Eagle : [speaking really fast to Big Eagle]  "Is he dead, Mommy? Is he a Rigor Mortis when you kill a man? We'll have to bury the man, momma? Will they have to, huh, mommy? Will they, mommy? Will they have to, huh, mommy?"
