Factual errors

Emperor Wilhelm II announced that he wants to apply his new laws for the workers security on his birthday. It would be the 24th January. However the laws were released on the 4th February 1890. This gave them the nickname "Februrary decrees".
When talking to Emperor Wilhelm II before he visited Czar Alexander III, Bismarck said that he is 75 years old. The famous meeting between Wilhelm II and Alexader III was in 1889, when Bismarck was 74.
The cancellation of the Reinsurance Treaty between the German Empire and the Russian Empire happened after Bismarck's resignation, while in the movie it was before that.
Bismarck suggested Wilhelm II to start a German government socialism. However Bismarck already did it in 1883 with his social reforms which were made to help the workers and fight the Socialdemocratic party of Germany.
