Gordon Jones and Keye Luke in The Green Hornet (1940)

Goofs

The Green Hornet

Edit

Continuity

'Black Beauty' is driven forward into the secret garage. Ensuing shots when driven out of the garage, it is facing outwards.
When the Green Hornet's car is speeding through the city streets, it's always the same scenes shown over and over again. Always the same intersections with the same passing cars and people.
Chapter 6: The bus that picks up people says "Whippet" on the side of it but when the brakes fail the bus says "Greyhound" on the front and "Pacific Greyhound" on the side.
In Chapter: 13 the Green Hornet's mask changes in a few outdoor scenes. A mask with a very visible white hornet symbol on it.
Chapter four: Bartlett, unconscious, wraps his arms around The Green Hornet's shoulders.

Revealing mistakes

When the Black Beauty speeds up the ramp out of the hideaway (via sped up film), the shadow of the car stops as soon as the car is out of sight through the doorway, although the "buzz" of it speeding away continues. (Reused throughout the chapters)
In both Chapter: 8 & 10, when Mike (Wade Boteler) fires his pistol at the Green Hornet and misses, there are no bullet holes in the door or surrounding surfaces.
