When Dorothy says she is not going to go through with the assignment, The DA tells her that the penalty for perjury is ten years in prison. She has not committed perjury, nor will she be guilty of it unless she gets on the stand and deliberately lies. Refusal to do the DA's bidding is NOT perjury.
