When Baldwin is at the orphanage talking about throwing the kids a party; Betty McKay is sitting down the entire time with her right leg crossed over the left. But on the next immediate cut, as Baldwin begins to leave, her legs are now uncrossed.
The opening scenes are supposed to be at a race horse farm on Long Island, but there are tall mountains visible in the distance, which do not exist there.
When Betty is about to check out the passenger list, Frank slides a chair for her to sit down. Betty, however, goes ahead and sits down without looking to see where the chair is positioned under her. This indicates that the actress knew already from rehearsing or from doing several takes that Frank would position the chair at a specific spot thus allowing her to sit down without looking.
