Marked Woman

Continuity

When the women walk up the outside steps to enter their apartment, Mary is wearing a shorter dress with bare legs showing below the knees. When they come up the inside stairs of the apartment building and reach the landing outside their apartment door, Mary is now wearing a long underskirt that reaches down to her ankles.
During the judge's final remarks, Emmy changes her clothes, then changes them back again.
When the gangsters are trying to force Emmy Lou into the elevator, the elevator door lever is positioned to the far right side, which is the position that opens the door. When Emmy Lou breaks free, she closes the elevator door by pulling the lever all the way to the left. However, during the elevator descent, the lever is again on the right side.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Guy Usher's character is Detective Casey, but he is listed in the credits as playing Ferguson.

Per IMDb Guidelines, a discrepancy between a credited character name and the actual name of the character in the film is an "Unacceptable Goof".

Miscellaneous

On the bar tab, the liqueur Drambuie is misspelled "Trambuie". This may or may not have been on purpose for legal reasons, but a real champagne - a 1921 Lanson is also on the tab.

Character error

After the taxi ride, while standing at her front door, Ralph Krawford asks Mary Dwight Strauber for her address.
The Daily Chronicle's edition reporting on the "Clip Joint" murder states the day's weather will be fair with moderate temperatures. All the "hostesses" in the picture, however, are wearing heavy overcoats.
