In the "Hooray for Hollywood" portion of the finale, Johnnie Davis is shown playing the trumpet on the back row of Benny Goodman's band while at the same time he's in the audience singing.
After Ronnie and Virginia wade through a fountain, they're standing at the edge with their arms around one another, each holding their shoes in their hands. When they kiss, Ronnie tosses his shoes away and we hear them land in the water, then Virginia does the same. But Ronnie has his back to the fountain, so his shoes should have landed on the grass, not in the water.
In the credits, Dick Powell's character is spelled: Ronnie Bowers. But, at the beginning of the film, during the character's "Hooray for Hollywood" send off from St. Louis, banners in the crowd spell his name: Ronny.
