- The birds were about to put the baby bird in the grave but luckily the baby bird woke up when it rained in which made the birds happy again.

- The funeral of the baby bird that was shot and killed by the boy with a rifle is a very sad scene that will upset young children and possibly even make them cry. Note: This makes it one of the saddest cartoons of the 1930's ever made.
