Just discovered your site; as a nostalgia buff I was hoping to find more reviews. These wonderful productions from long ago are interesting glimpses into the past. I wish more people would view these so as to better understand how life/entertainment differed then. Too much "cancel culture" happening, and FAR too much moral superiority being demonstrated by those so narrow-minded as to only see art through today's hypercritical (and often INACCURATE) lens. I believe we have an obligation to educate ourselves and others. My father read Brer Rabbit, Little Black Sambo, etc. As a child and was in no way a bigoted man. I'm appalled at the rampant disrespect aimed at our ancestors. People need to learn the art of civil discourse. Thanks for reading ~ Janet.
