At the end of Chapter: 14, Tom riding his horse Tony, takes his lasso and starts twirling it for no reason. Ruth is coming at Tom in the opposite direction driving the bad guys car. Before the car barely misses Tom and Tony, Tom's lariat has disappeared. No where to be seen.
Near the beginning of Chapter: 5, when Tom gets back on his horse and races to catch Ruth in a runaway burning wagon, you can see buildings in the background. Hotel, gas station, and other buildings.
No source for electric in the cave, out on the prairie, and at the mill, but the bad guys can make phone calls to their leader.
While Ruth is being chased by outlaws, you can see the shadow of a camera truck/car visible on her outfit.
