Theater Antics
Before we get to hear Abe Lyman's band perform the title song in the Fleischer Screen Song, Frank Parrish sing it, and the famous bouncing ball lead the audience in the piece, we get three and a half minutes of gags involving a dirigible that goes around depositing theaters on empty lots, including one that bounces off a neighboring building to produce a gag-filled mess of a movie house. It's moderately funny, with lots of gags in the style that director Dave Fleischer favored.
As for the song, it's a sentimental piece, suitable for dancing.
