The Dragon Murder Case

Edit

Continuity

When Monty enters Ruby's car at the filling station, the car door opens from the rear. When he exits her car at the Stamm house, the same door opens from the front (suicide door).
After Heath puts his hands in his pockets in closeup, the next master cut shows his hands out of the pockets, and the succeeding one shows him with hands back in them.
When Trainor is awakened by the squeaking door, he puts on his pants and robe and exits his room to investigate. When he arrives at the door to go outside, he also has his bedroom slippers on. He did not put those on before leaving his bedroom.

Revealing mistakes

When Vance is in the Stamm Family Vault, the only source of light is his flashlight. He bends over and moves down toward the floor to pick something up. The circular light should get smaller as he moves closer to the floor, but it doesn't.
When people are speaking around the pool in the evening, their voices often are heard echoing, revealing that they are actually on an indoor set.

Character error

When Trainor receives the phone call from Monty saying that he has a flat tire, Trainor doesn't pause long enough between speeches. He doesn't leave time for Monty to say what he is supposedly saying.
