Continuity

During flood and fight, "Vance" has a noose wrapped around his ankle. Shortly after, Vance is seen kneeling with no rope attached, and then the rope is again around his ankle as the fight continues.
When Harold gathers the contents of his spilled suitcase, he leaves several apples on the ground. In the next shot, the apples have disappeared.
At the beginning of the shipboard fight, the mounted life preserver is seen to fall. Near the end of the fight, it is back on its mount.
When Harold first leaves O'Brien's office, the glass in the door is broken and most of it falls out. When Harold returns, the glass from the top portion has reappeared, and even more is there when seen from inside the office in the next shot.

Revealing mistakes

Spotlight following Harold when he is trampled by a group of girls running out of a sound stage to go to lunch.

Boom mic visible

As Miller is chasing after Harold outside the studio offices, a very clear shadow of the boom microphone can be seen in the grass to the left of the sidewalk.
As Harold leaves Mary at the Kitterman party, she is sitting on the steps on the patio. As she watches Harold walk off, the shadow of the boom mic can be seen against the wall behind her as it swings over her head.
A moving shadow of the boom microphone is visible in the upper left of the frame when Harold runs up to Mary at the phone booth at the formal party. It is also there when Mary leaves the booth after Harold is thrown out.
