It's a shotgun wedding for a pair of insects -- we can tell they're insects, despite their two arms and two legs (the spiders have four arms), because they have antennae in this rare Fleischer Screen Song.
There are no credited singers in this, although the title song is introduced by what sounds like Mae Questael commanding "Sing, Darn ya, Sing" before the uncredited male soloist (and chorus) sing a mildly racy version of the song. Its arch lyrics may surprise those who are familiar with it as a children's song. Still, this is a pre-Code Fleischer and they stuffed their cartoons with a lot of material that would be considered very blue in later years.
The gags are all right, but neither the song, the performers or the jokes make this more than a very watchable episode in a fine series of cartoons.
