Considered to be lost until 2010. A print was found in Gosfilmofond, the Russian state film archive and a digital copy was presented to the Library of Congress on 22 Oct 2010.
The play Kick In by Willard Mack opened on Broadway at the Longacre Theatre on October, 1914, and ran for 188 performances. The original cast featured Lionel Adams, John Barrymore, Paul Everton, Edward Gillespie , Jane Grey, Katherine Corri Harris, Edward MacKay, Maidel Turner, Josephine Victor, and Forrest Winant were in the cast.
The print gifted to Library of Congress by Gosfilmofond turned out to be the previously lost 1923 film LIGHTS OUT, starring Ruth Stonehouse. The survival status of KICK IN is still unknown.
