Quite a clever comedy although somewhat trite, concerning the troubles of a prospective bridegroom (Billy Quirk), he tears his vest, falls off a trolley car and chases his intended on a motor-cycle. He finally arrives in a dilapidated state, just in time to prevent his girl from running away from herself. He grabs a preacher, is married and draws a long breath. It is all very laughable. - The Moving Picture World, November 28, 1914
