A producer suffers from writer's block after getting his first grant and embarks upon a fantasy journey into the world of modern relationships in the 1990's; his angst and quest for fulfillment materialize into a lust for true love and sexual equality for himself and his peers, as they meander and mix amongst the strange streets of Chicago, Illinois and its surrounding suburbs.
