Rachel sits naked in Lucas's car, and Brooke chews both of them, to his surprise admitting she only wanted to be desired exclusively by proclaiming non-exclusiveness.
- A Sheriff goes to talk to Kelly about a former member of the team, cause it seems that he's behaving erratically. But he doesn't know anything because he took over the team after the man left. The team decides to go and see what's up with him. Kelly offers to go but Griffin tells him that something might be up with Janine so he stays.

Threatened by a new face in the office and desperate to prove that they're still a crack team, even from a hospital bed, the boys need a case. When their consultant, Dr Finlay McKenzie, mentions the suspicious death of a patient, Alan White, on their ward 10 years ago, they seize the opportunity to re-investigate, hoping it will hold the team together. But is Jack still in mortal danger from his nemesis?
