- At the bulletin close, presenters discussed Monty Lord's latest Guinness World Record attempt, as the youngest in the UK with the most Guinness World Records. The presenters tested themselves on the titles and opening lines of several of the 500 books that Monty had to memorise as part of the world record attempt.

- Cockpit is a comedy-drama that follows Axel Fremming, a troubled pilot who wants so much to live the normal life but his personal demons (i.e. lust for women, alcohol) seem to get the better of him. Complicating matters worse, the temptations of life on the road and his utter lack of self-control sabotage any attempts at winning back his family, namely his ex-wife Tiffany and teenage daughter Bree.

At this point this short film takes place. It follows Johnny throughout the whole day of him trying to make up with his daughter.
