- An Overseer named Ahpossno comes to Earth to take the slaves, and all humans, back to the mothership.
- The Complete Workout was designed by Jane Fonda as the new overall exercise class which would replace her original and New Workout classes. This program offers a half hour of aerobics which can be done at high or low intensity, or alternating between the two for an interval training effect to maximize fat burning. Upper and lower body toning segments precede and follow the aerobics which can be done with or without dumbbells or ankle weights.
- Fonda's fourth program was designed for those who found her other tapes, especially the original Workout video, too difficult and need a slower workout program. It is a mild, but challenging routine that offers upbeat music and easy-to-follow choreography.
- Jane's sixth workout program offers an alternative to her other aerobic classes with high intensity moves. The classes includes a 6 minute warm-up, 35 minutes of low impact aerobics, and a 10 minute stretch cool-down. The class can be done in place of any of her other aerobic workouts in her other tapes.
- This workout offers expectant and new mothers a complete exercise program of stretching and toning. The class can also be used for those who desire a less strenuous workout routine. Following the Workout, there are 2 segments on breathing techniques and baby massage.
- The twelfth fitness tape in Jane's series gives users an hour of dance aerobics in a new setting. It is designed to be done in 20, 40, or 60 minute segments to fit all levels of fitness and users' busy schedules. Following the workout is a 15 minute segment on nutrition - what to eat, how much of it to eat, and how you can make it improve your diet and actually eat more while losing weight.
