Brett takes the red team on a mountaintop hike to get them back to a zen mentality about their journey. And Cara takes the green team to the Trinity Boxing Club. The team challenge has each team holding onto the amount of weight they have lost for as long as possible, with the winning team receiving video chats with loved ones. The contestants learn that the members of the team losing the weigh-in will not vote to send one of their team members home, but rather members of the other teams will vote which of the two contestants up for elimination will be leaving the ranch.
