Braddock, Chaney, and his new co-pilot Clinton Wonderlove (nicknamed JAFO for Just Another Foolish Observer) are teamed with a ground support unit of officers Richard Butowski and Lyman Kelsi as the city is attacked by an old enemy of Chaney, who goes by the name PVC and flies a former Army attack plane that can destroy Blue Thunder.
- The team tries to protect a girl who's the grandchild of a recently deceased mobster. It's believed that before the man died he entrusted to her all of his records of his criminal activities. And some of the people he did business with are worried that they could be incriminated. So they've been making attempts on her. Frank tries to convince her to turn them over to them.

- The team helps rescue a person who could give testimony that could send a white collar criminal to prison. The man is sentenced to minimum security prison. Some men try to get him from the transport bringing him to prison. But Frank and Blue Thunder stop him and bring him to prison. Frank tells the Captain that he should ask the powers that be to send him to a maximum security prison. But he doesn't think it's necessary. Later one of the inmates at the prison overhears a conversation he has with his lawyer and it's obvious he is planning something. So he tells Frank and the others. Frank decides to send Ski and Bubba into the prison as a prisoner and guard respectively. Ski gets close to the man to find out what he is up to. He thinks they know what they are planning so Frank gets ready but the man might be on to them.
- After nearly infecting Logan, Max decides to end their affair for good; Alec's haunted by the sins of his Manticore twin; also Aimes White triggers a witch hunt by leaking information about the Manticore transgenics.

When captain Archer wants to discuss it first with Starfleet Command, they open fire.

The Eska come from another planet and they say they are hunting for the drayjin, an animal considered a delicacy. When captain Jonathan Archer tries to sleep on the planet, he hears a voice calling him by his name. A human female is wandering in the forest. Somehow he seems to know her.
- After an attack by a mysterious ship, Archers orders Enterprise's return to Jupiter to install phase cannons; Hoshi makes plans for Malcolm's birthday.
