K.C., using her influences, gets Mac to hire Boonie as the lifeguard at China Beach.

Jeff gives Karen and Mac cell phones for protection and then experiments making a phone bomb. Karen goes to Jeff's, but he sneaks out, and then Meg calls Jeff's number thinking Karen's there. Jeff's apartment building blows up.
