- The Mask of Democracy examines the dark side of contemporary Slovenian history. Three true stories of charges against Janez Jansa, each involving phantom accusations and questionable practices, offer a lens through which to examine contemporary Slovenian history and the tug-of-war between those holding onto the old Yugoslav system, and those attempting to establish a new, independent, Slovenian one. Leo Gershman is the antihero of Serbian's 21st century epopee.
