- A publicity hungry psycho who videotapes his attacks on women focuses on Michelle (Kelly Hu).
- Nick tells Nash he thinks his son, Bobby is back and following him. They think he's missing in action in Vietnam but Nash knows he's alive and is in the drug business in Southeast Asia. Nash sees someone following Nick but it's not his brother, he's too young but he does look like his brother in his youth. Someone pulls a gun on him so Nash intervenes. He learns the one with the gun works for a drug dealer who also operates in Southeast Asia. Nash finds the young man and talks to him learns that he is the son of Nash's brother. And that his father and the other drug dealer were partners till they had a falling out and his father was killed. He's trying to get him and Nash offers to help.
- Nash and company foil a jewelry heist ring posing as firemen. Nash hits a pedestrian and gets sued. But Caitlin has misplaced Nash's auto insurance bill, and he blames Caitlin.

The prosecutor asks Nash to prove that they threatened the witness and he does. Later the witness is killed. They think the guys tried to make sure she didn't talk so they try to bring them in but one of them is killed. Which now makes them think they have vigilante. And an investigation leads them to suspect the prosecutor and she is belligerent when they question her. In the meantime Evan gets in trouble and calls Cassidy for help.
- Nash is reunited with an old familiar friend who is involved with gangsters out of Miami. They kidnap Nash in order to get a federal witness released from protective custody. Dominguez gets audited by the IRS.
- Nash and company, along with marginal cop Jake Cage, track down pushers of a deadly steroid which makes body builders go hyper-aggressive. Cassidy is haunted by the death of her friend from the auto accident.

Nick appears with Cassidy in her play as a last minute replacement but due to his health issues has trouble with his lines. Harvey meets a young lady with whom he is very copasetic but he is unaware of certain aspects of her personal and sex life which create potential obstacles.
- While trying apprehend a suspect who is impersonating characters from Sherlock Holmes novels Nash and Joe encounter a mentally ill man who is also the trail of the suspect, and he believes that he himself is Dr. Watson.
