- An anthology of animated vignettes set to contemporary music.
- Bugs is tricked into being the first rabbit shot into space. When he lands on the moon he finds Commander X-2 (later known as Marvin Martian) set to blow up planet Earth.
- Porky and Sylvester spend the night in an old dark house where a cult of killer mice try to eliminate them both. Sylvester tries warning Porky, but he is convinced that Sylvester is a coward.
- The Bide-a-Wee Mouse Home has sent the orphan mouse, Nibbles, to spend Thanksgiving with Jerry. But Jerry's cupboard is bare, and Nibbles is always hungry. They start by raiding Tom's milk dish, but Tom wakes up and drains it. Fortunately, Mammy has just put out a huge Thanksgiving feast, just ready for the raiding. And that's just what Jerry and Nibbles do, grabbing Pilgrim hats from the table decorations. All goes fairly well until Nibbles eats a whole orange, which is way too big for him. Jerry smacks him with a spoon, which sends the orange flying, right into Tom's mouth. Tom stalks up to the table in a feather duster, which turns into an Indian headdress. Battle follows, featuring Tom sending flaming cat-tails after the mice, and culminating in a champagne bottle launching Tom into the dish cabinet, which crashes down. Tom waves a white flag, and all three sit down to a polite dinner, but Nibbles eats the whole turkey before anyone else can touch it.

The ant eventually stumbles, but realizes Donald is sitting on a veritable gold mine. He rallies his fellow ants, and while Donald is napping, they cart him to a cliff and drop him into the river. When he returns to the raid in progress, he finds himself powerless to stop it. He dynamites the ant hill, but that only separates the ledge he's standing on, and he finds himself in the river again as the ants finish off a cupcake.
- Mickey is running a banana plantation. Pluto is frightened by Mickey's boomerang and gets tangled up with it. Meanwhile, Mickey has found an ostrich egg whose owner isn't at all happy that Mickey wants to take it.
- Porky Pig fights to get a room in the only vacant hotel in town. Unfortunately, he must share his room with Daffy Duck, who irritates Porky and makes the night uncomfortable for him.
- Donald Duck gets into a lot of trouble while he's cooking pancakes for breakfast - Chip and Dale are up to their mischief. Donald tries a number of plans to get rid of them, but they repeatedly foil Donald's plans.

- A bee is flying among Donald's flowers when he notices a veritable paradise of flowers in the guise of wallpaper Donald is hanging. The bee is rather frustrated when he is unable to stay on the flowers so Donald has some fun with the bee tormenting him with the fake flowers. The bee gets his revenge when Donald is accidentally pasted to the ceiling by the wallpaper making him an easy target for the bee's stinger.
- Donald is trying to sell brushes door-to-door, but since nobody can understand him, nobody will buy anything. He happens across a street vendor selling voice pills. They work great, but he's only got a limited number so of course, the last pill ends up in various inconvenient places.
- At the National Poultry Show, the prize for Best Duck is only $5.00, while the prize for Best Rooster is $5,000.00, so Daffy Duck decides to don a rubber glove top-knot, plucks a real rooster for tail feathers and enters the show.
- Goofy is a circus attendant who is friends with Dolores the elephant. Today is his day to bathe Dolores but Dolores is not intent on being bathed and tries desperately to avoid Goofy even disguising herself as a clown at one point (which actually fools Goofy for a moment). Even when Goofy captures her, he still has difficulties with the bath job particularly when Dolores begins to start sneezing.
- Pluto is in for a surprise when Mickey sends him to buy a salami at the butcher shop, and he has to fight to keep Butch the bulldog from stealing it. When Pluto gets home with the salami, Mickey presents it to Butch as a birthday gift.
- When notorious bank robber Slug McSlug escapes the police dragnet by hiding out in an abandoned country house, he is visited by salesman Daffy Duck, who is absolutely determined to sell him something.

The boys build a fake corpse and dress Donald up as an angel, and he buys it for a while.
- It's hunting season, and all the ducks are wisely staying undercover - apart from this freshly-hatched little duckling, who turns out to be more than a match for two inept would-be hunters...
- Louie the Parrot is second in line to inherit the family fortune behind the family cat Heathcliff. Louie plots the end of Heathcliff.
- It's duck season, so Daffy plays hunter Elmer and a hungry fox off against each other.

- Daffy Duck is sent to a hen house to baby-sit an egg. While he is there, the egg hatches a little chick who's afraid of strangers. The chick runs away from Daffy, who must chase him all over the barnyard.
- Tired of selling gag novelties on the street, Daffy tries for the million-dollar reward offered by J.P. Cubish for the first person to make him laugh. But he first has to get past the rich man's haughty butler, and in the process subjects the servant to a Bogart-like grilling.

- Donald is caught in the rain while eating his lunch. He ducks into a restaurant for a cup of coffee, but Chez Pierre is a very ritzy place, and by the time all is said and done, he's facing a bill for $35.99, and he only got a drop of coffee, and he only has a nickel. Pierre takes him to court, where this story is told, and is ordered to pay $10 or wash dishes for ten days.
- Donald adopts a baby kangaroo. It's more than he bargained for.
