The story exemplifies the eternal relationship of brother & sister. For Debu (Mihir Das), his sister is everything in the world. His sister marries to a family of culprits by mistake. Debu's main ambition now to save his sister from the hell.

Surya (Sabyasachi) and Gitanjali (Arpita) are smart college students. Surya falls in love with Gitanjali at first sight. Ajay (Sukanta) is a split brat and is the son of local M.L.A. Being a meek girl, Gitanjali accepts the proposal and starts dating Ajay. Meanwhile, Surya proposes to Gitanjali. In the presence of Gitanjali's boy friend Ajay, Gitanjali refuses. But Surya doesn't yet to give up on her as he feels that Gitanjali doesn't love Ajay truly. Surya tries to impress Gitanjali sincerely without creating a rift between the two. The film is all about how Surya tries to win Gitanjali with his attitude and positive out look.

Parshuram Paikray (Mihir Das) power full man who doesn't believe in Love Marriage. He has two daughters. His elder daughter Anjana elopes with a guy called Amar form a lower class on the night of her marriage. Parshu's men kidnapped all the friends of Amar. Sanju is one of them. Sanju likes a girl called Sanjana (parijat) who happens to be the younger daughter of Parshu. The rest of the story is all about Sanju elopes with Sanjana and convinces Parshu to marry her.

The hero Akash believes in high thinking. He has a lot of dreams... He is very serious for his studies because he wants to bring a bright future for his mother and sister. Akash meets his love Megha at the college. But all his dreams come to a dark side after he enters college. Akash falls into the trap laid by Mafia don Bhalu Bhai and his brother King. And finally Akash comes out of the trap and punish the don and gets his love.

Sanatan (Hemant Das) Fixed the marriage of his daughter Devki (Tandra Roy) with Parsuram (Bijoy Mohanty). But due to Parsuram's ill intentions and bad behavior, the marriage doesn't take place. Parsuram plan to take revenge and eventually kills Devki's husband.

Dhauli Express portrays the present youth whose aspiration, when not supported by his family due to problems of poverty & unemployment joins the bad world of crime to earn more. Dhauli (Samresh), Son of Dibakar Das (Mihir Das), who is a post man. Dhauli aspires to be a singer & works hard towards achieving his dream. This gives augment to a divergence between the son & the father, who has a desire that his son should take interest in government job. He promises Tila ( Anu Choudhury), his childhood sweetheart that he would get married to her, once his song is aired on radio. The day comes when Dhauli takes the first step towards fulfilling his aim when his song is broadcasted on radio. But the same day also sees him leaving his dream unfulfilled midway & going to wilderness of the crime world. Disturbed & brokenhearted Dhauli leaves the house and joins underworld don Jaga Bhai (Siddhant Mahapatara to earn money along with his two close friends Hari & Akshaya . They board the train Dhauli Express to enter the gloomy world of crime. Instead of sticking by his promises, Jaga Bhai betrays Dhauli and his friends time and again. A frustrated Dhauli then has no choice other than to kill Jaga Bhai. His friends become the victims of the police bullet while he gets nabbed by the police & this news shatters his parents. His mother dies while his father remains in a state of shock making him mentally disturbed. In such a situation Tila takes care of Dhauli's father & his house. After spending his term in the jail, coincidentally, he boards the same train back home and gets shocked by seeing his mentally disturbed father in the train, searching for him. On their return to the village, Tila asks Dhauli to start singing again & his father supports him by giving back him his guitar. An emotional Dhauli, resumes to achieve his unfulfilled dreams by adding tunes to the strings of his broken guitar.

The story of father & son, their love, emotions, bonding, sacrifice and betray. Sanju 's father still beliefs that his son will do the same thing, what he want. He never dream of his son will break the boundary built by him. Sanju madly in love with Khushi and marries against his father's refute.

Sudam Choudhury chooses to remarry for the sake of his only daughter Meenakshi (Rachana Benerji), After his marriage, he died. Meenakshi is now with her Step mother (Aparajita Mohanty) and Step-sister Manaswini. (Jyoti Misra). Meenakshi falls love with Dipankar (Siddhant Mahapatra), but her step mother wants Manaswini should marry Dipankar.

Arun is a rich young man. He goes to a village to visit with a girl that his parents hope to marry him to. But in the village, Arun is arrested by the girl and is sent to jail. Arun returns from jail and tries to impress her - he even manages to finally tie the knot. However on the fourth night, he confesses that he had alternative motives for marrying her.

Himanshu Sekhar engaged Debabrata, his deceased friend's son to look after his factory and intend to marry his daughter Mina with Debabrata. But Mina trapped in to lover affair of Ashok Mohanty. Frustrated Debabrata leave the place and reached at Shimla, where he falls love with Chumki and promises to marry her.When Ashok ruined Mina's life, Debabrata appears in the scene and marry Mina. Chumki by knowing all this commits suicide and death has consummated her love.

Rajesh ( Mihir Das) & Minu lost their parent at their childhood. Rajesh is everything for Minu. Minu falls love with Ajay (Siddhant Mahapatra) . They get married . Ajay's uncle has other thing in mind. He decided to wipe out Minu from Ajay's life.
