- Friday night and the relief are out patrolling with Sargent Hemingway. Gary Best is out to convict a violent thug Chris Naylor. Neil try's to reconnect with PC Dunbar but she has moved on. Honey apologies to Steve for standing him up. Amber stirs the pot. Phil goes to a sex addiction meeting but might have an ulterior motive when he meets an attractive woman Kate. Amber bumps into drunk friends while on patrol. Honey breaks up with Steve. Gary tries to pick up at a bar with Phil and Suzie. Phil sees a drug deal involving Chris Naylor. Amber's friend Clair is assaulted but she's blames Amber for the attack. Phil and Gary arrest Naylor fir supplying drugs. Neil confesses his love for Andrea.
- Yvonne is back on patrol as a PC and pulls over a driver with a bag of cocaine and cash. Gary is late for work after staying over with a girl he meet at the club. The relief ponder who the new Sargent will be and are shocked when a harder June turns up. Jim has to attend Marie's funeral. Phil and Ken search the office of the man carrying drugs. Gabriel pulls Smithy free but leaves Andrea screaming for help. Reg waits for Marilyn at the train station not knowing she was caught in the blast. Ramini helps a panicked Margaret Barnes down the Fire stairs. Gabriel starts to panic. Two of the prisoners escape. The team find out Ken was in the back of the van when it blew up. Reg rushes to the hospital. Jim catches the prisoners but over steps the mark when one of them mocks Ken's death. June struggles in the aftermath. Tony tells Jim off. Neil in breaks-down when Gina confirms Andrea was found dead in the building. Okaro briefs the relief. Gabriel stands emotionless.

Gemma's mother complains about Gabriel. Gina gets some bad news from the hospital.
- Gabriel is concerned when Gemma and her mother go missing. Laura Bryant shows Okaro around the Coal Lane Estate. Gina goes for her cancer tests when Amber spots her at the hospital and starts asking questions. Lance deals with an assault on an old lady. Scott tells Honey he is nervous about the trial. PC Sheelagh Murphy starts to see Gabriel in a new light. Pearl confesses a disturbing element of the assault to Gina. PC Kent attempts to save Gemma.
- Lance supports Laura on the Coal Lane estate initiative. PC Kent is avoiding PC Murphy after their kiss. JT arrives as the new station reception officer. Gina warns Amber to keep quiet about her health status but needs to rely on her for a hospital visit. Scott is nervous about the hearing. Steve wants to tell Honey about Scott's threat. Jo and Terry investigate why a suspected drug dealer was pushed off a balcony. Scott bashes Greg when he is let off the murder charge. Yvonne grows concerned for Honey when Greg fills her in on what Scott is really like.
- DC Best is out to impress DI Morrell by tailing a suspect drug supplier as part of operation Mercury. Scott is charged with assault. Yvonne and Honey witness a woman being assaulted. When interviewing the victim, Yvonne takes an opportunity to get more information on Scott's previously alleged violent behavior on his wife. Gary's ego is in overdrive when leading the operation and talks down to the PCs. Scott losses it in front of Honey. Gary's humiliated when the operation fails. Lance finds a way to get through to the kids on the estate by using cricket.
- PC Dan Casper is transferred to Sun Hill. While out on patrol with Roger, Dan risks his life to save a suicidal deaf girl from oncoming traffic. Dan finds out Rosa is being mistreated by her employers and pregnant. Honey is confused about Scott's behavior. Ramini steps in to support Rosa as it is now a rape case. June has to put Roger in his place but Tony thinks she was too harsh. Roger looks into a domestic situation. Scott tells Honey to choose between him or her colleagues. Margaret oversteps the line when answering Ramini's work phone. Roger catches the abusive husband driving while drunk. Scott manipulates Honey in bringing forward the wedding. Tragic circumstances occur for Dan's case. Gina confides in a shocked Smithy about her cancer.

JT innocently gives out Alan Kennedy's address to a woman who has lose her bag. Sam and Terry are observing Kennedy's house when the woman turns up and intervene when she starts screaming. Yvonne can't get hold of Honey. Kennedy denies any aggressive behavior towards the woman. Tony and Reg arrest two fighting burglars. - An elderly male is found with head injuries. Okaro checks on Ramini after the prank call. Gary needs a result to improve his reputation. Roger is tasked with helping Ramini but puts his foot in it. There's a new face stirring up trouble on the Coal Lane estate that intrigues Laura and Lance. Sam is frustrated that she can't put away Kennedy. Tony and Reg find Kennedy beaten up in his flat. Lance accidentally ruins the CID operation. Margaret finds Ramini's missing diary. A drug dealer is shot in the estate. Sam has a final chance to stop Kennedy. Margaret steps in to support Ramini when an abusive husband attacks her.
- Manson is assaulted when chasing an intruder on his property. Neil then finds a bug in his alarm system. Philippa is concerned and wants to report it to the police. Mickey tells Jack they are monitoring Manson for suspected interference with a money laundering case. Manson is seen with a case witness called Julie. Phil gets shot at tailing kidnappers who throw Julie out of the van in front of Phil's car. Jack is under pressure from the National Crime Squad who suspect Manson is leaking information. Neil tries to get some inside support from Suzie. The NCS raid Neil's home and find evidence to take take him and Philippa into Barton Street for questioning. Neil goes to meet an informant to find out who the leak is but it's a trap. Jack and Phil track Neil down. They find him with a dead body and bloodied hands just as the NCS turn up.
- Manson is taken in for questioning and pleads his innocence stating a set up. Neil tells Jack that the leak lies with someone in the NCS. Suzie tries to get information out of Mickey but he's not forthcoming. Jack does his own digging and goes to see McGowan. Neil goes over the head of NCS by making a claim of corruption to the Director of Professional Standards. Neil's transport is ambushed by the McGowan's but Jack's team manages to stop it. The team are worried that Mickey could be the leak. Mickey is upset when Jack confronts him then plays some tapes which confirm who the corrupt officer is. Mickey needs to now put his emotions aside to catch them.
- Ramini is stressed out and on the edge. Smithy pursues a man seen assaulting another man in a cafe but eventually looses him. The assault victim is not very forthcoming about the reason for the assault. Smithy is worried about Honey when he can't get hold of her. Ramini is getting frustrated as everywhere she goes Margaret turns up. Reg and Tony deal with a man throwing books off a building. Smithy is annoyed with Gina for not telling Okaro about her cancer diagnosis. Margaret is hysterical when she losses her job and blames Ramini. Sam and Terry deal with a case of internet fraud. Ramini tries to get Margaret's job back. PC Dan Casper try's to help a depressed man called Justin. Terry and Sam get trapped in a room full of deadly snakes. It's panic stations for Ramini when Justin is confirmed suicidal and goes missing from the hospital. After a telling off from Okaro the last thing Ramini needs is Margaret Barnes confronting her on the stairs but then Margaret falls.
- DC Zain Nadir's cover is blown by Lance in front of suspect Jordan who escapes. Steve's in trouble with Phil after he speaks with Kate about Phil's past. Honey is back from her honeymoon and hands in her resignation. Neil questions Adam's state of mind when he authorizes the operation to proceed with Zain to meet with head drug dealer Joshua Armstrong. A child goes missing from a shopping center. Honey admits to Yvonne she's been concerned since she found a locker key belonging to Scott. When Yvonne looks in the locker she finds a bloody glove but doesn't tell Honey. Lance finds out the operation is compromised and tries to warn Manson.
- The search is on for PC Harman and Scott Burnett little knowing that Honey has gone with him willingly. Scott tries to organize a boat to get to Ireland. Amber lands Dan in an awkward situation. Scott's sister is interviewed. Scott's friend gives Honey some home truth about Scott. Steve finds out where the fugitives could be. Tony and Yvonne deal with a thief. Honey is scared when Scott turns violent. Scott tries to commit suicide but Honey saves him. Yvonne finds herself in a dangerous position.
- Yvonne is in shock after hitting Lee Thomas with her asp. Gina says she with be interviewed as Lee is unconscious and had to be taken away in an ambulance. Leela and Dan break up a flight between two women. Scott has been charged with his first wife's murder. Smithy thinks Gina is overdoing it. Amber gets Dan to do some boring jobs for her in order to keep her mouth shut. Leela gets involved with a blackmail attempt. Tony gives his account of the incident. Gina battles her nausea from the cancer treatment. Hunter and Sims find the blackmailing is not confined to one person. Honey tries to account for her actions with Okaro. It doesn't go well when Yvonne tries to explain to Mrs Thomas. Amber's in trouble. Okaro breaks some bad news to Yvonne.
- DC Zain Nadir reports in for a debrief on Operation Mercury with Okaro and Meadows. Yvonne's situation becomes serious when advised Lee Thomas has died. Zain is angry that his cover was blown by Lance and feels frustrated to be asked to continue his work via CID. Honey meets with Gina and asks to be reinstated while Yvonne is suspended pending the inquest.. Zain gets introduced to the team. Tony feels bad for Yvonne and frustrated when a routine arrest has some citizens complaining about police brutality. Honey visits Scott in prison telling her to forget about him. Zain hits the ground running with some early arrests but needs Terry's help to find a secret warehouse. Manson is not sold on DC Nadir's plan to get into the warehouse. A man claims PC Kapoor assaulted him when being arrested and wants compensation. Things are strained between Gina and Adam. Gina has to deliver bad news to Honey so asks Yvonne to check in her. Zain manages to capture a key person Leon Walsh the operation. Zain gets a death threat and Tony is severely beaten.
- The relief are shocked at Tony's bashing. Tony tries to provide details of the attack to Roger. Meadows remains Zain to keep the team involved in his operation. The relief are getting frustrated over the lack of support from the top. Zain is determined to get Armstrong the senior drug trafficker. Zain gets another threat. Meadows demands Zain tell him what's going on when he witnesses Armstrong threatening Zain. June reminds the relief to act professionally when dealing with offenders. June visits Tony in hospital as confides that he hesitated in using his asp. Zain lies to Lance to get him to join him in finding Armstrong's lick up. Dan and Rochelle find a moment to be together. Lance gets cornered by Armstrong. June has a tense meeting with Okaro. Armstrong holds Zain and Lance hostage. Dan gets an a threatening letter to expose his affair with a married woman. June Ackland tells Adam Okaro that the relief are on strike unless he can support their concerns.
- Okaro lays down his expectations to the relief despite June's reasoning. Phil tries to support Kate while she is in hospital. Dan and Amber attend an intruder call out. Phil's attitude changes when he sees the baby scan. Okaro allows Yvonne to come back to work under strict conditions. Steve and Reg deal with a stolen car. Susie and Gary clash on a case. Phil is frustrated by Steve's continual digs on his situation with Kate. Matters escalate when they have to do an obbo together. Gary is determined crack the burglary case to prove himself to Susie. Rochelle wants to cool things with Dan due to the anonymous letter. Neil tells Susie about his marriage problems and the affair he had. Gary witnesses an intimate moment between Neil and Susie.

Zain tries to discover who the internet groomer is. Hanna Saunders a 15 year old girl goes to meet her internet contact. Amber and Honey interview an escort injured in a hit and run. Jonathan supports a stubborn Gina at the hospital.
- While attending a stolen car incident Smithy meets the victim Louise Larson. Amber and Honey need to work together after their fight to catch some card scammers. Smithy tries to help Louise but she is evasive. Phil is having trouble with his ex around his daughter's birthday. Louise helps Smithy with capturing the car jackers and there's some banter starting to develop. Terry is worried about his brother's trial coming up. Gabriel warns June to back off. Smithy calls in at Louise's place as she didn't sign her statement. During an argument Louise kisses Smithy. Zain tells Manson that Pete Larson is a notorious villain.

Gary's feeling sidelined until Tony puts a stolen car incident his way. Bradley struggles with the cross examination so Ben interrupts and admits the truth. Ben breaks down and tries to justify his problems to Terry. Issac supports Okaro with his road safely initiative. Phil pushes Gary to play a joke on Tony. Phil's mum turns up and tells him off for not doing more to be a father. Amber is caught napping in the toilet cubicle much to Tony and Jo's amusement. Smithy takes Louise to pick up her found car. Gary jumps onto a suspected stolen goods investigation. Phil is concerned when Kate reports being assaulted. Gary is suspicious of the furniture shop owner when he works out the invoices are fraudulent. Phil deals his own kind of justice when he finds Kate's attacker. Kate agrees to marry Phil much to his horror. Gina's not coping with being at work. Rochelle warns Okaro against Isaac as she had dealings with him in the past. Gina opens up to Jonathan but he throws a curve ball. Tony works out the doggy lamps were being used to transport drugs and Gary's small arrest operation just got a lot more complicated. Gary gets shot when trying to save Susie.
- Gary is in surgery after being shot and Susie feels responsible for him getting hurt. Okaro asks Isaac about the drugs being moved through one of his warehouses. Terry tells the team that there is a chance Gary could be paralyzed. Gary's estranged mum arrives so Tony helps him reconcile. Manson leads the investigation to catch Martin Kenton. Jo and Susie catch Kenton's girlfriend trying to get rid of 50,000 pounds. Smithy tells Jonathan that he is worried that he hasn't heard from Gina. When they visit they find her unconscious. Isaac name still comes up in the investigation but Okaro feels he is not connected to the drugs. Tony gets Gary to makeup with his mum. Tony finds out Amber is moonlighting as an escort so asks her to be his date at Honey's party. Isaac offers Adam a joint.
- Meadows is running the drug supply investigation. Okaro is under pressure as a photo of him smoking a joint with Isaac has been sent to the borough commander. Tony's having fun teasing Amber. Adam tells Gina and Jack he has resigned. The rumor mill goes into overdrive at the station about Okaro. Isaac supports Okaro at the pub. Manson's concerned when Susie tells him she is now being bullied at work. Rochelle and Dan are nearly caught by the her husband. Isaac turns on Okaro now knowing he is undercover and plans his getaway.
- Dan and Roger are patrolling the school when a teacher is assaulted by a student. Neil and Susie both admit their kiss was a mistake and agree to just remain friends. Miss Lambert doesn't want her student Ross is be charged. Roger tries to change her mind. Lucy comes to the station looking for Terry and confides in Ramani that she is now in a relationship with him. Ross claims Miss Lambert hit him first. Sheelagh and Gabriel attend a fire on a front door of a Jewish pensioner. Dan gets another threatening letter. Ramani tells Terry off for getting involved with his brother's wife. Gabriel finally asks Sheelagh out for dinner. Jacks visits his son Ben and finds out that he is using cocaine and proceeds with arresting him.
- Ben's not happy being arrested by his dad. Lance and Dan attend a disturbance. Lance leaves his card with the escort after she shows him her bruises but she doesn't want to report anything. Manson interviews Ben to source his supplier. Gabriel takes details from the mother of a missing Asian nurse. Yvonne is frustrated with desk duty. Reg deals with a missing terrier. Jack follows Ben. While reviewing cctv of Manisha's altercation, Sam spots Peter Baxter and Ramani is concerned he is involved in the nurse's disappearance. Gina Gold tells Yvonne the criminal case against her has been dropped. Ben is arrested again in regard to an assault. Sam is not convinced that Baxter is involved. Ramani arrests Baxter when he comes in to see Sam.
- Smithy and Leela search Baxter's house for Manisha. Jo and Sam interview Baxter and he's not happy about being suspected of kidnapping. Ramani and Susie interview Brian Spencer who was seen arguing with Manisha on cctv. Brian lunges at Ramani when he dislikes her questions. Smithy and Reg attends a fire finding Manisha's body. DI Morrell is bought in to run the investigation. Sam finds evidence that Baxter was following Manisha. Another woman is reported missing. Ramani and Jo find a bomb in a pub. Baxter is arrested again and Sam is determined to understand what he has been up to. Sam does a deal with Baxter to help catch the real killer. Ramani is kidnapped by a cabbie.
- Ramani is being held against her will by the real killer. The team is on red alert to find her in time. Sam wants to get Peter's knowledge and help. DI Morrell is furious when she finds out about Sam's deal with him. Ramani tries to talk to David to understand his reasons for killing Manisha. A major search is underway with officers searching abandoned buildings when they hear Ramani's phone ringing. Sam arrests David before he hurts Ramani. The team still need to find the other missing woman Rebecca. Baxter is enjoying being needed while David is denying his involvement and claims he is innocent. Sam goes to see one of Baxter's former victims to honor her part of the deal. Baxter helps Sam find Rebecca. DNA results don't match David's so he has to be released with no evidence. Roger and June try and talk to juvenile Ross about setting fires on the estate. June chases after Ross but he knocks her out. David is arrested again when Ramani tracks him down. Baxter is stabbed and June reports a rape.

Gabriel nearly goes too far when arresting Ross and Tony has to take over. Susie and Gabriel interview Ross with his mother. Ross kicks off in the interview at his mother and a fight breaks out revealing cigarette burn marks all over his arm. Yvonne's case is all over the papers. Phil's stressed that Kate has set a date for the wedding and has to tell her that he is still married. June breaks down when she gets a text from Jim asking if she is happy. Gina supports Yvonne at the hearing. Steve and Kate cross the line when he visits to get her to give Phil another chance. Yvonne struggles when questioned.
- Jo and Phil are investigating petrol station holdups when Phil spots one of his ex informants. Dan and Roger find a pet dog rooming the streets with the owner Selina Johnson missing. Phil gets caught up in a raid from customs. Steve acts shifty when Phil asks about Kate. Phil tries to track down his old informant Frank. Selina's friend is concerned that she has done something stupid so Gina organizes a search. Yvonne gets the news she will be charged with manslaughter. Roger finds Selina in the woods in shock. Susie tries to get Selina to tell her where the baby is. Phil and Kate have a heart to heart and then sees his daughter off to Australia. Jo finds out the customs manager could be on the fiddle. Yvonne hits an abusive drunk and thinks this incident will ruin her case chances.

Cindy works out Steve slept with Kate. Honey tries to calm Yvonne down. Smithy is caught out by Dan when the hotel is searched. Phil makes Frank meet up with the corrupt customs contact. Zain is furious that Smithy is seeing a high profile criminal's wife.

- Manson leads the investigation into the source of the fake passports. Sheelagh daughter Siobhan comes in to spend a day in the life of a PC and she is not happy with the way Gabriel has been treating her mum. June can't believe that Ross Trescott has sent her a visiting order. Gabriel is seeing a woman on the side called Zoe and she's getting feed up with his behavior. Manson's wife is attacked at court. Siobhan changes her mind on Gabriel. Neil asked Pippa to give their marriage another go.
- June visits Ross at the detention center and can't believe pathetic apology. Leela and Amber deal with a drunk waving a sword. Gavin the escort has had his flat trashed so Susie and Jo investigate. Gina's attempts to impress Amanda Prosser fall flat. Ross opens up about his own abuse from his uncle. Roger and Laura deal with an attack on prostitutes. Dan and Rochelle are nearly caught out by her husband. Jo's raid of a men's sauna doesn't result in finding any underage boys. Amanda takes the credit for Gina's initiative.
- Neil and Pippa try to their marriage another go. Phil wants Sam and Terry to look into a missing realtor. Neil catches Pippa with her father Roy who is suspected of soliciting young boys. Gina tells June that Ross has changed his plea to guilty. June catches Gina drinking on duty and a prisoner smells it on her breath. Neil confronts Pippa and then lashes out at Roy. Sam makes a gruesome discovery.
- Jo Masters informs Neil that it's a conflict of interest if he's in the interview with Gavin over the stabbing of his father in law. Yvonne and Laura deal with a neighbor dispute. Ramini is still annoyed with Terry but is told to work with him on a harassment case. Superintendent Prosser puts more pressure on Gina. The stabbing incident turns into a MIT case when Roy dies. Jo warns Neil that some awkward questions will be asked of what Pippa knew. Manson is attacked by his wife at the station as she blames him for the death of her father. Gina allows some of the relief to celebrate a good day with a drink at the pub in uniform.
- Superintendent Amanda Prosser is furious with Gina for drinking on duty. Gina meanwhile is trying to help a confused old man when he is trespassing on his previous property. Sam tells Zain that Pete Larson's business partner Garrison has spit from him and setting up on his own. Gina tries to pled her reasoning with Prosser but is humiliated and has to back down. Sam and Zain follow Garrison. Mr Towner goes missing and has a gun. Superintendent Prosser gives the go ahead for SO 19 when Gina can't be reached but Mr Towner is not at that address. Gina diffuses the situation with Mr Towner when he is found at the previous location. Smithy meets up with Louise again but they are nearly caught out. Zain finds Garrison shot in the head and he believes it is Larson. Prosser doesn't support Gina when the Burroughs Commander rips into her over the gun incident and suspends Gina on the spot.
- Smithy and Dan help a Polish man when he is assaulted. Reg suggests ideas to the Superintendent for Sun Hill's 50th Anniversary. Lesley Palmer a convicted child murderer has finished her sentence and is being let out. Jo has been assigned as her liaison to ensure details of where she is living are kept confidential. Terry and Ramani are still annoyed with each other. Jo has an awkward first meeting with Lesley. Roger hears from his ex-wife Sandra. Zoe is in hospital after being bashed but won't say who it was. Smithy can't get hold of Gina. Gabriel is unnerved when Sheelagh is involved with Zoe's assault and starts asking questions. Gabriel asked Sheelagh to marry him.
- Roger meets his ex wife Sandra for lunch when she explains that her partner Rick was attacked in his restaurant. Smithy lets the relief know of Gina's suspension. Gabriel is frustrated that Sheelagh won't give him an answer yet. Reg investigates a spate of car vandalism. Roger discovers that Rick lied about the attack. Gina makes a citizen arrest. Zain looks into a protection racket. Sheelagh puts serious doubts to the back of her mind and gives Gabriel the answer he was hoping for. Smithy has to rescue Gina from a humiliating experience. June warns Gabriel that he needs to tell Sheelagh who he really is.
- Yvonne and Roger attend a car accident involving a young boy running out into the road who later dies in hospital. They then take the distraught father Mr Clarke to see his son. Sheelagh shows off her ring to the relief. Reg lines up a guest speaker for the Sun Hill celebrations and ropes in Tony and Lance to help. June pressures Gabriel to tell the truth to Sheelagh as he tries to tell her he's changed. Mr Clarke is furious when told the joyrider won't be charged with manslaughter due to insufficient evidence. Smithy tells Adam about Gina and asks for his help. Former Superintendent Barnett wants a tour and accompanies Tony out on patrol. Roger has to arrest Mr Clarke when he assaults the driver. Adam visits Gina to persuade her to fight for her job but she is still reluctant. Barnett's old fashion ideas test Lance's patience. The real Gabriel Kent turns up at the station to see June but someone gets to him first. The two Kent brothers have it out around the deception. The celebrations turn into a hostage crisis when Mr Clarke turns up demanding justice.
