- Igman March is known as the 'second offensive'. After the fall of the Uzice Republic, for strengthening the grouping of enemies in December 1941, in the small town of Rudo in Bosnia, formed the First Proletarian Brigade, the first regular units of the National Liberation Army of Yugoslavia. Uzice Republic lasted only 67 days, from 24 September to 29 November 1941, when a bloody and tragic battle on Kadinjaca occurred and the entire labor battalion, fell into the hands of the Wehrmacht and the Chetniks, so the partisans, supreme headquarters, and the people had to retreat to the Sandzak.
