Simon, an aspiring filmmaker has been laid off from three different jobs. Down on his luck he gets a call from someone offering him a chance to be a cinematographer for a movie with a huge amount of pay. After Simon accepts the offer, he goes in deep only to find out the creators of this film have something sinister up their sleeves.

Two patients, Seth and Tia develop a friendship during their stay in a mental institution. They decide to make a plan to break out, but they can't do it alone,so they ally with an enemy patient named Gnarly Daren who helps them. Seth then betrays Daren by locking him in a cell so he can't leave with them. During Seth and Tia's life of anarchy on the run, Daren escapes from the institution, is out for their blood, and will stop at nothing to get revenge.

The year is 2023. Resources are scarce, causing murder rates to spike worldwide. To combat this disturbing trend it was decided harsher punishments be enacted. The American senate proposed a new bill-- "Realm"; a simulation program that puts violent criminals at the mercy of their victims. Thomas Sargent, a famous Serial Killer is ready to make a mockery out of it.
