- On the outskirts of New Orleans lies a massive NASA manufacturing plant, run by a modest-sized nuclear reactor, built on top of a former Voodoo Indian burial ground. Due to the storm and floods of Hurricane Katrina, the plant sustained an unreported nuclear meltdown, sending radiation deep into the sacred soil below. Each government agency that tested the area found no evidence of environmental side effects, but little did they know that hundreds of years of New Orleans spirits were coalescing within the aether around them. Over 5 years later they combined into one corporeal being, known as Big Freedia, a 50-foot transvestite whose sole mission is to relieve New Orleans from its current shackles of modern society and bring it back to what it once was: an unstoppable community of dancers and revelers, with no other care or worry in the world. The one question is... will she succeed?
- To save his job, Dr. Felger tests a new virus on the Stargate Network to help control it and it ends up disabling it instead.
- SG-1 returns early from a mission only to realize that they and Gen. Landry aren't on the same page as far as the the mission they've just completed is concerned. The confusion is quickly resolved when the "real" SG-1 returns at the correct time. Dr. Lam examines them all and concludes that they are identical and thinks they might be clones. Sam, however, thinks they may have come from a parallel universe as the result of the black hole they created when they destroyed the Ori beachhead. As more SG-1 teams arrive from other alternate universes, one of them includes Dr. Fraiser and another includes the Tok'ra Martouf. It's left to Sam and Martouf to find a way to send them all home.
- A strange ship is headed towards Earth, and the SGC suspects that Martin Lloyd and his companions may have something to do with it. O'Neill is sent to speak to Martin and is assigned as a military consultant on Martin's new show, "Wormhole X-Treme!", which uncannily resembles SG-1 despite Martin once again losing his memory. His former shipmates stall Carter and Daniel by throwing them off the trail and into the hands of the NID.
